Hope Food Pantry

Hope Food panty’s purpose is to reach the community in our tri-county area in emergency times of crisis with supportive services, The message of hope in Jesus is always at the forefront of this ministry through the servant hearts of its faithful team members. Our team is so thankful for the generous First Baptist Church of Wentzville, for the kind annual budget they provide allowing us to purchase food items as needed. And thankful for the wonderful community of so many that collect and deliver free food items for the pantry.

Hope Food Pantry is opened Wednesdays from 4:00pm – 6:00pm, and Fridays 10:am – 12:00pm.

You or someone you know in need, are allowed one pantry visit per month choosing when in the greatest need. The address is 9 Love Park Lane, Wentzville, Missouri 63385.

We are partners with the St. Louis Operation Food Search and the St. Louis Foodbank teams. We provide a variety of perishable & non-perishable grocery items, The pantry is operated by several volunteers under the over-sight of several area Christian churches.

Foster Grandparents Program

Foster Grandparents are role models, mentors, and friends to children with exceptional needs. The program provides a way for volunteers age 55 and over to stay active by serving children and youth in their communities.

  • Volunteers serve at thousands of local organizations that:
  • Help children learn to read and provide one-on-one tutoring
  • Mentor troubled teenagers and young mothers
  • Care for premature infants or children with disabilities
  • Help children who have been abused or neglected

All you need to join is the ability to give the kind of comfort and love that sets a child on the path toward a successful future. If you’re 55 or older and want to share your experience and compassion, you have what it takes to be a Foster Grandparent.
